Day 15: Jesus, Your Promises Never Fail!
When the Lord is with you, you cannot help it but have life and life more abundant like what He said in John 10.
Joseph is a very good example of having life and life more abundant because of the Lord being with him.
When Joseph was sold off to Egypt, the Bible says: The Lord was with him, and he was a successful man. Moreover, it also says that the Lord made all he did to prosper. (GENESIS 39:2-3)
Even when he was thrown off into prison for being falsely accused, the Bible says: The Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy and gave him favor in the sight of the prison-keeper who put Joseph in authority because the Lord was with Joseph and whatever Joseph did, the Lord made it prosper. (GENESIS 39:21,23)
In a matter of years, Joseph rose to power in Egypt only second to pharaoh fulfilling what God had showed Joseph in his dreams what He will do for him.
You see, what God says He will do, He will do and nothing can change it.
When Adam fell, man was cut off from God and yet God so loves the world that He gave His Son, Jesus, for the ministry of reconciling us back to the Father.
Everyone who believes in Jesus, immediately gets born again into the family of the Father and because we are now children of God, we get to enjoy the inheritance He gave us — life and life more abundant!
We also get to enjoy everything He had promised.
Your sins and lawless deeds God will remember no more.
Hebrews 10:17
God will never leave you nor forsake you.
And because He will never forsake you, He will deliver you like He promised in PSALM 91.
Everything that our God promised will come to pass because Jesus paid for it all.
We encourage you to get your hearts established on this sure thing — that God’s promises will never fail.
