Your current struggles are not a sign that He has forgotten you; they are the final, fading moments of an old order that is about to be completely swallowed up by His glory. Look at the ultimate track record: the One who started the journey with you is completely faithful to bring you into absolute, radiant wholeness.
Faith in Action

The Challenge: Look past your current, temporary pain today and issue a declaration of praise based entirely on the guaranteed ending of your story.

I confess that I easily grow weary and lose heart when the brokenness of this world presses in on my life and robs me of my joy. Wash away my spiritual fatigue and my heavy spirit today. Give me the radiant, unyielding vision of John to see the glorious ending You have already written for my life. I rest completely securely in Your hands, knowing that every tear I have shed is recorded in Your book, and that Your faithfulness will carry me safely into the dawn of Your eternal peace. Amen.
