Day 7: The Lord Will Defeat This Pandemic Before Your Face

The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

Deuteronomy 28:7 (NKJV)

Two thousand years ago on the cross in His perfect obedience to the Father, Jesus allowed every curse, every disease, every sickness, every plague, every pestilence, every pain, every sin to be borne on His body so that today, you can enjoy and claim the promise for yourself in Deuteronomy that every enemy will be defeated before your face and they will flee before you completely.

The global pandemic we are in is no surprise to God, in fact, the virus had already been dealt with on the body of Jesus. This virus is an enemy; so is fear that comes with it; so is the economic downturn because of it. These are all enemies against humanity but here’s the good news — these enemies have all been defeated at the cross a long time ago.

Every born again child of God gets to enjoy the victory of Jesus on the cross against all powers of darkness, against all enemies.

Prayer for Today:

Lord Jesus, we thank You that every enemy that wants to come against us, Your children, have already been defeated a long time ago.

We establish our hearts in Your finished work, Lord Jesus, that whatever the enemy has come up with – this virus, the fear, economic downturn, all of it – may rise and come one way but they have already been defeated and will flee before our face completely.

We declare Your victory over every born again child of God and their household and their cities and their countries and this world in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!!

Faith in Action:

1) Let not your heart be troubled. Do not let the enemy bully you into stepping out of blood-bought victory ground, declare:

The Lord will defeat this pandemic before my face!
