Jesus is My Rock
Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:

and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
Truly He is my rock and deliverance, my haven; I shall never be shaken.

Just like what we see in the natural and visible in this fallen world, storms rage in the spiritual and invisible realm of this same fallen world, too.
But like a house built on a strong foundation that can withstand natural storms, our lives, too, if we build it on a strong foundation, it can withstand what life throws at us.
If our lives are built on Jesus and His finished work, our lives can withstand everything that comes our way in this fallen world.
Today, rest knowing that Jesus is unshakable and He is your strong foundation, the rock of salvation.
