Good News #288: Jesus is Guiding Me As I Seek Him, the Source of All Truth!

Today in the modern world, information is circulated at an astonishing speed. People can get informed about things happening on the other side of the world in seconds, thanks to the internet… but sadly, along with the advancement of information technology, it also becomes easy for information to be distorted and twisted to fit the agenda of anyone sharing it.

If we are honest with ourselves, it is now hard to know what is true and what is not… this is the sad reality of our world today.

Yet, a born again believer in Jesus Christ does not have to drown in the hopelessness of the struggle to know the truth of things because Jesus Himself made a provision of His own Spirit — Holy Spirit — to abide in and with a believer to guide the believer in all truth.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. He only tells us what is true. He only guides us into what is true. He will never mislead us and He will give us the wisdom to discern what is true amidst all the false and fake that the world has to offer.

In a world where information is twisted and used to mislead and confuse people, the gospel of Christ is this — The Holy Spirit, The Spirit of truth will never leave nor forsake one who believes in Jesus.
He will guide us into all truth…
He will even tell us things to come…

However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
