Good News #261: I Love Jesus for He Loved Me First and I Honor Him for He Honored Me First!

Yknow if God created us looking like giraffes or hyenas, we wouldn’t really know any better because that would have been the normal we would have been used to… and we wouldn’t know what we are missing out on — the honor of carrying the image of God Himself. Out of everything God created, only to mankind did God give it to.

The wonderful and amazing good things about people, whether believer or unbeliever, and what we do have One source — God Himself.

The reason why we love is because He first loved us.

The reason why we breath is because He first breathed into us the breath of life.

The reason why we can give back to Him is because He first gave to us everything.

We truly cannot be without the Great I am.

From the very beginning, God honored us first so we can honor Him.

And even when mankind fell and marred the image of God he carries, God came through Jesus Christ to make available to mankind the gift of the restoration of the image of God for those who believe and receive His Son Jesus.

The gospel is this — God honored us first by creating us in His own image.

And though mankind is fallen, God came to offer the restoration of His image on humanity through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus. ✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
