Good News #316: God is Not the Author of My Troubles; Instead, Because I Am in Jesus, He Keeps Me and Delivers Me From Them All!
There are many today who are still deceived thinking that trouble comes from the Lord to keep them humble or teach them a lesson or whatever reason religion has taught them.
This is the kind of thinking that comes from religion and it’s rubbish… and it originates from the pit of hell.
We do not have a God who causes trouble and then presents Himself to be the refuge… this is fraudulence… we do not have a fraudulent God.
There are many reasons why we get in trouble… most of them can be categorized as either consequences of our own doing or a domino effect on us from the consequences of other’s doing or a direct attack from the devil or a combination of any of these or all of these…
This is why God had, from the very beginning, made Himself available to us to seek refuge from… to be our hiding place… and to preserve us from the troubles that we find ourselves in the midst of.
The gospel is this — God is not the author of our troubles.
He is our hiding place.
He is He who preserves us from trouble.
He is He who delivers us out of our troubles.
His Son Jesus came to save us from hell (the greatest eternal trouble, if you ask me)…
He will save us from lesser troubles in this present world.
Our God is a good good God.
