Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

Deuteronomy 28:3

Most people think blessings are location-specific but the Bible says otherwise. Here it says that YOU are the blessed.

When God’s favor is on you (and truly God’s favor is what matters the most), wherever you are, whether you are in the city or in the country, you are blessed.

Blessings is NOT about where you are. Blessings is about the Lord’s favor ON you.

Wherever you go, you are blessed because the blessing is on you and NOT on the location.

Where you are, there the blessing is, whether you are in the city or in the country.
