Jesus is My Protection, Hiding Place and Shield
You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in Your word.
Psalm 119:114 [NKJV]
You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble;
Psalm 32:7 [NKJV]
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.
The word of God never promises that there will no trouble for a child of God. The reality is that because we live in a fallen world, trouble is around.
But the wonderful news is that the Lord Himself has promised and made a covenant cut by His blood to make Him our protection, hiding place and shield.
The troubles that the enemy throws at us are never able to hurt because we are safe, secure and hidden in Jesus far above it all.
and [God] raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
Ephesians 2:6 [NKJV]
which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above ALL principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

Today, every born again child of God can rest knowing their lives are hidden in Jesus.
