Proverbs 18:10 – The Name of the Lord is a Strong Tower

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

Proverbs 18:10

“The Lord is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.”

Psalm 91:2

Whatever attack there is thrown at you (be it on your health or relationships or finances, you have a solid safety in God who protects you in Himself. In fact, you don’t need to run to Him because in the new testament, you have been placed in JESUS, who is the Rock and your strong tower.

And because Jesus is seated far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come, so are you. (Ephesians 1:20-21, 1 John 4:17)
