Proverbs 3:9 – Honor the Lord with Your Wealth

Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops.

Proverbs 3:9

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

2 Corinthians 9:7

As God is the source of every good blessings coming our way, it is only appropriate to honor Him with our firstfruits. Let our giving be an act of worship, as we cheerfully give – not out of compulsion or obligation but out of the realization that we are loved and blessed. That is – loved and blessed abundantly!
