Day 1: The Blood of Jesus is Against You, Coronavirus!

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

Revelations 12:11 (NKJV)

Did you know that if you are a Christ-believer, that you’ve already been equipped with the full spiritual arsenal to combat and defeat this coronavirus, once and for all?

You may be praying already, pleading to God for help in our situation and to intervene so the situation ends. That is well and good, and by all means continue doing that – pray for yourself, pray for your family and loved ones, and pray for everyone in the community as a whole.

However, there is an active way to defeat the enemy. It is through spiritual warfare – by speaking the blood of Jesus, utilizing the resurrection power of the risen Christ, and declaring the name of Jesus as the antidote to this problem.

Know that the blood of Jesus is your armor and weapon against this onslaught. The blood of Jesus is potent and efficacious to destroy the enemy. And Satan is a defeated foe, all because of what Jesus did and accomplished on the cross.

Realize that Jesus did not leave us orphaned. He sent the Holy Spirit to indwell in all Christ-believers, and He has given us His blood as the prime weapon to fight against all the power of the enemy.

Thus, if you’ve already accepted Jesus as your Lord, Savior and Redeemer, you have the power to trample against all power of the enemy, including this coronavirus and the disease it causes – COVID-19.

Now, it is up to each one of us Christ-believers to wield and harness this power, by declaring through faith that Jesus’ blood is the ultimate ammunition in this spiritual battle against the enemy.

Prayer for Today:

In this darkened times, as the coronavirus seemed to be unstoppable, wreaking havoc all over the earth, causing death and destruction, Father, thank you for reminding us that there is provision to combat this situation – by the blood of Jesus that destroys and defeats the power of the enemy.

I face all the enemies of God – including the coronavirus, not by my own might, but by the power of the Almighty God. Embolden me, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, to wield and harness the authority You’ve given me to trample against Satan, and win over this fight. I pray in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Faith in Action:

1) Speak the blood of Jesus against this attack. Use the blood of Jesus and its full potential – to counter and ultimately defeat all power of the enemy. All throughout today, and every day, declare as often as you possibly can:

The blood of Jesus is against you Satan, the blood of Jesus is against you coronavirus.
